Milady, and others in the Tavern --
         My understanding, from reading previous postings from those 
with far more knowlege than I, is that the "frustrated rant" was 
posted not to a "public forum", but to one that was intended to be 
restricted to a severely limited number of people, all of whom are 
well-known to the author.
         As is always the case, my understanding is certainly less 
than complete, and may not even be adequate in this case.  If I'm 
wrong, please enlighten me.
