[MR] Update to the Sapphire Joust Site

The Sapphire Joust website has been updated with the new pre-registration form and contact information on A&S coordinators.

If you are interested in doing classes, there will be limited classroom space (under a pavilion) and outdoor space, weather permitting. There will also be a pavilion for A&S display. Within the next two weeks, we will be posting more information on the various competitions that will be occurring during the weekend.
