[MR] Update to the Sapphire Joust Site

can we move the sapphire joust flyer over to the kingdom server?  it would
provide a better url (very small thing) and geocities is atrocious with the
ads.  and, is that the correct url?  im getting a dead page.

form and contact information on A&S coordinators.

If you are interested in doing classes, there will be limited classroom
space (under a pavilion) and outdoor space, weather permitting. There will
also be a pavilion for A&S display. Within the next two weeks, we will be
posting more information on the various competitions that will be occurring
