I would like to make things easier for everyone by reminding you all that,
if you have had armory registered through Atlantia since May, 2004, or have
been notified that your armory has been sent to Laurel, even if it has not
yet been registered, you will find a line drawing depiction of your armory
on the Atlantian College of Heralds web page at herald.atlantia.sca.org.
Also, anyone whose armory was registered through Atlantia need not worry
about sending Estienne the requested line drawing of your armory as I will
provide those to him for you. (This is one of the services that the Golden
Dolphin Office routinely does for scribes and individual artisans.) If your
armory was registered through another kingdom, please contact me as I may
still be able to provide a line drawing of the registered armory through my
contacts in the College of Arms.
Also, for those who may be concerned about making sure that their armory is
"in process", we will be running a Consult Table at Coronation and will be
happy to assist you.

Subject: [MR] Spring Crown Entrant Information
Greetings!
For those that may not have visited the Crown Website at
http://crown.atlantia.sca.org recently, please heed the below if you are
intending to contest for the crown.
**** Letters of intent are due no later than April 15th *****
Entrants should send their letters to the
Crown<king at atlantia.sca.org,%20queen at atlantia.sca.org>and to the
Kingdom
Seneschal <seneschal at atlantia.sca.org> as soon as possible. If you have not
entered a Crown Tourney in the last 3-4 years (or ever before), you will
need to send a line drawing of your arms to the Crown so that a shield can
be painted for the shield tree.
The tourney will be a standard double-elimination with the finals being the
best two out of three, best weapons. Send a copy of your heraldry to the
Crown <king at atlantia.sca.org,%20queen at atlantia.sca.org> if you need a shield
painted. If you are not sure whether or not you already have an existing
shield for the List Tree, contact Them and check.
By Royal Decree, all participants must be armigerous, and must at least have
the registration of their arms in progress. All participants *and* consorts
must have an A&S entry - with documentation. The crowns reserve the right to
waive these requirements on a case by case basis.
ALL entrants, please send a separate line-drawing copy of your heraldry to
the Autocrat <edeconde at gmail.com> for inclusion in the event program, and
for a project that I am working on to commemorate the occasion for the
victor. I prefer a hi-res black and white.jpg file if at all possible.
Please send them to edeconde AT gmail DOT com. If you do not have a hi-res,
or at least an electronic version of your arms, please contact me so that I
can see what I can work out.* *
