For those who haven't entered a Crown before now, DO NOT send your letter to king at ... or queen at ... now. While I'm sure Their Majesties would graciously forward them to Their Highnesses, let's not make them have to deal with extra emails.
However, if you send it to prince at ... or princess at ... before Coronation, it will get to the correct recipient. After Coronation the king at ..., queen@, or trm at ..., will reach Valharic and Arielle.

Subject: [MR] Spring Crown Entrant Information

  Greetings!

For those that may not have visited the Crown Website at
http://crown.atlantia.sca.org recently, please heed the below if you are
intending to contest for the crown.

**** Letters of intent are due no later than April 15th *****

Entrants should send their letters to the
  Crown<king at atlantia.sca.org,%20queen at atlantia.sca.org>and to the
  Kingdom
Seneschal <seneschal at atlantia.sca.org> as soon as possible. If you have not
entered a Crown Tourney in the last 3-4 years (or ever before), you will
need to send a line drawing of your arms to the Crown so that a shield can
be painted for the shield tree.

The tourney will be a standard double-elimination with the finals being the
best two out of three, best weapons. Send a copy of your heraldry to the
Crown <king at atlantia.sca.org,%20queen at atlantia.sca.org> if you need a shield
painted. If you are not sure whether or not you already have an existing
shield for the List Tree, contact Them and check.

By Royal Decree, all participants must be armigerous, and must at least have
the registration of their arms in progress. All participants *and* consorts
must have an A&S entry - with documentation. The crowns reserve the right to
waive these requirements on a case by case basis.

ALL entrants, please send a separate line-drawing copy of your heraldry to
the Autocrat <edeconde at gmail.com> for inclusion in the event program, and
for a project that I am working on to commemorate the occasion for the
victor. I prefer a hi-res black and white.jpg file if at all possible.
Please send them to edeconde AT gmail DOT com. If you do not have a hi-res,
or at least an electronic version of your arms, please contact me so that I
can see what I can work out.* *
