[MR] Important Info on Challenge of the Heart

Good Gentles,
In response to several questions we've received, allow me to offer the
following informational tidbits regarding Challenge of the Heart (please
feel free to cross-post this to local lists):
* Troll will be open Friday night (the 22nd) from 5pm til 10pm, and
Saturday from 8am til 4pm. We request that campers arriving on site
after-hours Friday night please remember to check-in first thing Saturday
morning.
* Pets are permitted, but must be leashed at all times. We would also
appreciate if their two-legged partners would pick up any souvenirs your
four-legged friends leave behind.
* Pavilion space around the tourney fields will be on a first-come,
first-served basis.
* If you have not yet submitted your team name to the autocrat, please
send me an email with the name of the team, the members of the team, and
whether you plan to fight for Love or Glory. This is so we can track who
will receive one of the limited number of banners. Teams can enter anytime
up to the beginning of the procession at 11am Saturday, but are not
guaranteed a banner.
* For those staying in the cabins, you will need sleeping bags/bedding
to go on the mattresses provided on the bunk beds. The cabins are single
rooms with 10 bunks per cabin. Bathroom facilities are separate from the
cabins.
* Due to park regulations there is limited availability for alcohol.
Beer and white wine are permitted in the main hall during feast. Alcohol
cannot be consumed outside of the main hall at any time.
