[MR] scrolls and such

I like this idea but would also like add a point. For those of us illuminators who are just at the coloring phase (and perhaps will never get beyond that), I have felt competent only painting in on promissory scrolls.
Perhaps there could be a 2 tier system, hand colored promisories when possible to be backed up by the pre-printed and colored ones when hand done ones are not available. This way, beginning illuminators can still contribute.

>What if the powers that be (ie Clerk of the Signet) created a scroll template for various common awards that could be filled out with the information (kind of like the blank certificates you can get at Staples) that specifically states that is a promissory scroll. It could be printed out on nice parchment paper (even in color to include the Barony's or orders device and be in a calligraphy font. This would free up the scribes and illuminators to spend their time doing the really nice official scrolls and remove some of the back log. It could be something that only the official herald or seneschal could access (so nobody just prints one out for themselves). Just an idea, I do not mean to step on the creative toes out there.
