[MR] trash-site cleanup

Hey, don't blame the populace either. It is most likely just one or two
individuals who are either new or careless who are doing this. I personally
have never been to a North Carolina event.
In my 20 years in the SCA, the barony I was part of in the East Kingdom
never had a problem with the site managers with a problem like this.
