[MR] trash-site cleanup

Maybe we need to put blurbs in the even announcements and flyers.  In
this forum, there's a little bit of "preaching to the choir" in that (I
think) most of the people in here have been around a while.  A gentle
reminder to leave a place better than we found it.  Even add a sign at
troll, perhaps?  And I see lots of smokers who "field dress" their
butts (o.k. juvenile me thinks that sounds funny, but it's accurate)
and carry butt cans or even decorative little pouches to put them in
until they can be disposed of.  Please help your fellow smokers by
letting them know where they can get those. 

Also, I try to bring extra trashbags (those cheap ones that come on a
roll) to give to anyone caught short.
