[MR] Walmart

Actually that is not quite accurate - check your individual stores. The
Wal-Mart in Monroe, NC is not closing their fabric department and I am
assured we will have it for at least 2-3 more years. (I can't wait for the
overstocks from the other stores start coming in!).
Wal-Mart is the only major place to buy fabric in our county and between all
the schools and churches does an amazing amount of business. The employees
and customers went on a crusade and were able to convince Wal-Mart to keep
ours because of that - and plan to do so again if they consider closing it
in the future.
So check your store if yours is in a similar situation - yours may not be
closing.
