Unto the membership of the SCA,



Patrick Anderson (Gabriel Andvaka Kjotrason) has been appointed to the
position of President of the Society for Creative Anachronism Inc.,
effective February 1, 2007, for a three-year term.



Mr. Anderson has served as Interim President since May 15, 2006. After
receiving résumés from several strong candidates, the Board selected Patrick
to serve in a permanent capacity through January 2010. The Board offers its
sincerest gratitude to those who showed interest in the position.
