   When Blackbow must become the voice of reason, then, surely, the world 
which we have come to know has been torn assunder... The artsy folk seem to 
view the world through an odd filter when they feel threatened by fighting. 
Without the gentle arts, there would be no fighting as we have come to know 
it. Without the great works and talents of the Artisans, there would be no 
banners flying proudly, no regal raiment, no armor in which to fight, no 
pavilion in which to take shade. To say that A&S takes a back seat to 
fighting is to totally disregard the massive talent and effort of the 
Artisans of the Knowne Worlde that make every event feel like the Age of 
Chivalry, rather than a rugby match.. Methinks thou dost protest too much...
