[MR] How does one deal with difficult children of nobility?

 This is not entirely relevant but it is humourous.
 
An Army Major discovered the son of a General, his neighbor, digging in his (the Major's) yard one afternoon, and told him that he had to stop, etc.
 
"You can't talk that way to me, my father's a General!"
 
"How many stars," asked the Major.
 
"One."
 
"Well, MY father's a three star general!"
 
The child departed quickly.
