[MR] A question about armor

One dog as we passed through a nameless airport (remember, we lived in
Dallas), alerted on my Godiva chocolate!! Needless to say, since it was
obviously poison or some sort of newfangled bomb, it was confiscated. I
hope the guy who finally ate it got a tummy ache! That dog was probably
just hungry!!

The dogs LOVE your gambeson. Also your sox. If you're lucky they
won't eat your shoes.

Now, if you're carrying anything they might consider a weapon, like a
hockey stick, you'll have a really interesting time. Luckily, most of
that will have to go in the checked baggage because of the size if
for no other reason. (Seriously, what used to pass as "sporting
equipment" may now be considered "weapons." That's how they now treat
baseball bats)

Some of the dogs will react if you have any food in your bag
(including spills), or if you allow a live animal to sleep on (or,
better, scent mark) your bag.
