Greetings Good Gentles,
   
  Upon our return from war, it is time to think about Arts and Sciences Activities at Fall Coronation which will be held in the Canton of Sudentorre from Aug. 31-Sept. 3. The theme of the day will the “Journey Down the Silk Road”. 
   
  There will be several competitions and displays with this theme as well as classes and live demonstrations.  If you wish to sponsor a competition, teach a class or participate in the active demonstrations, please contact Lady Aelfwynn of Whitby, librarian314 at comcast.net, or Lady Wulfwyn Ælfwines dohtor, dmoas-til at atlantia.sca.org. 
   
  Thank you to those who have already volunteered in these plans!
   
  We will also have a display, with judges comments if you wish (but no competition), for those who are new to their art. This does not mean that one needs to be a newcomer – although newcomers are most welcome – but anyone who have been working in a new media for less than a year. Documentation encouraged but not required. Please contact me for details.
   
  The Tempore Atlantia competition for Fall Coronation will be items for the years 1492-1600. Please contact Mistress Iseulte of the Red Cliffs, dmoas-tempore at atlantia.sca.org, for details. 
   
  If your Guild wishes to participate in this event, particularly the live demonstrations, please contact Lady Alessandra di Venizia, dmoas-guilds at atlantia.sca.org.
   
  Those participating in the Historic Martial Arts (HMA) will be holding demonstrations throughout the day. For more information or to participate in the demo, please contact our new HMA deputy, Lord Dante di Pietro, dmoas-hma at atlantia.sca.org. 
   
  Finally, there will be a number of opportunity to watch and participate in the Performing Arts organized by THL Celia of Rosedale, dmoas-performance at atlantia.sca.org.

  We are seeking out people with personas throughout the lands along the Silk Road. If you'd like to participate in this "journey", please contact me.
