When my son was 14, he had quite an eye for the ladies, and his whole 
adolescence was a challenge to me (brief pause for eyes glazing over).  Now, 
years later, he and his lady are expecting, and, sure enough, the baby is 
going to be a girl.  My son says, "For my sins."  Yup.  Which is all to say 
that at some time in the future, you will be privileged to  laugh 
hysterically at some foolishness that your grandchild is inflicting on your 
son.  Just be sure that you point it out to him at that time.



And you can take some comfort in the thought that they do, really they do, 
become human beings.  Eventually.  Thanks for the good job you are doing in 
the meanwhile.
