I'll peep up with my own thoughts in on specific aspect:

If you really wish to enter a competition where you will DEFINITELY be
welcomed during the judging, and get excellent feedback during the
process ...

Then please come and enter a brewing contest in Atlantia.

Brewing competitions are reknown for always (when possible, 99% of the
time) allowing, and PREFERRING that the competitor is sitting there with
the judges, tasting their own brew at the same time.

That's the only way that one can truly understand the comments, when a
judge says 'something is off in the nose' ... unless you have it in
hand, at that moment, you won't have any idea what that means.

Plus since each bottle can vary even within a single batch, unless you
taste from the same bottle that the judges are, you don't know the exact
details.

Plus you can often help increase your own score, by filling in gaps of
your documentation verbally, if you answer questions the judges may have.

So, please, come join the Brewing Competitions ... we've love to have
you (and your product!)

This has been a friendly suggestion by your Royal Brewer ...

In Service,
Siegfried
