Nov 17-19 Herbst Angemessen event in Grandy, NC:
 
Herbst Angemessen Pastry Competition
 

1. Enter any German or Bavarian pastry, dessert or
bread 

 

2. Include documentation on the recipe and any
alterations you made and why you made them.

 

3. Make enough for 8-10 people to taste. You can make
more for the dessert board during the evening
festivities.

 

4. If it is a subtlety, you will get extra points!
Make it look like something it is not.

 

Sign-up for the competition will be in the A&S Display
area on the 2nd floor great room in the Brewery. 

 

Please have your entries ready for judging by noon and
pick them up between 4 and 5 pm. 

 

If your entry needs to be kept cool or on ice until
just before judging, please inform the Hall Steward at
the time you sign-up for the contest, or prior to the
event. (make sure it is labled)
