[MR] Unevent?

I may be committing sacrilege here but it seems that a Northern, and 
Southern Unevent would solve allot of issues.

I am sure at least 26 people will post reasons why this can not be done, but 
it would solve allot of issues.

OK, after reading all the posts about how difficult the drive is from
various points, I would like to know exactly how much space is
required for Unevent and if it could be held at a different (warmer
and less crowded) time of the year?  Can it be held on private property?
