Another thought I had, it's hard enough to get ONE bid for Unevent from my
understanding.  Two bids one from the north/central and one from the
south/central would be almost impossible.  Doing it that way it might be
more sensible to hold "guest unevent meetings" at events in December.  The
logistics would be a nightmare.

Also one of the things that happens at Unevent is Curia, where the laws of
the Kingdom are made/discussed.  For that to happen at two events within
that short of time would mean the Royals had to go to both, points would
probably be discussed at one but not the other, more nightmares for the
Crown and Kingdom Officers Etc.

I understand your concern.  When I was a local officer/deputy I did the
Unevent trip 3 or 4 years in a row.  It was painful on the wallet and on
the leave balance if the event was too far south.  One of the ways the
farther out baronies deal with it is to get the people who are going to
take notes for the people who can't go.
