Please define "related".  It would seem obvious, but how far does this go? 
Has this actually been an issue, or is this just a percieved pre 
intervention?  I think, "not living in the same residence" worked just fine. 
It has not been my experience that cousins are any more likely than friends 
to "look the other way".
