That was definitely not the impression I had from the BoD at the  meeting.  
 
Those of you unable to make the meeting really did miss a great  opportunity. 
 After years of having heard people discuss the BoD in less  than ideal 
terms, I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed by the people I  met.
