Yes, this has been a very interesting discussion.  After hearing from so 
many about different cultural and locality differences about the bowing vs. 
curtseying, I do wish someone with all that knowledge would come forth and 
give such an informative class.  I would take it!  And after all this shared 
information here at the tavern, I shall cease in having my feathers ruffed 
as I see women bowing.  I did know that folks who are simply not physically 
capable of kneeling or such were never (in my presence) required to do so in 
court, which is most reasonable.
