some people simply do not understand the process rhiannon and no matter
how many different ways its explained to them the fail to understand.  i
tried to explain the way the system works several times over the last
three and a half years and it never seemed to take.  i understand the
frustration but people need to contact their local post office for
answers, not milipitas.

Not to start anything; but I'd like to point out that if the issue is
with the post office then perhaps the complaint should be addressed
there; not to SCA corporate.  They (and our Kingdom Chronicler) can't
really do anything about the post office; and to continue to discuss
it on the Merry Rose every month only pours salt on an already open
and festering wound.

Some post offices have their act together and so we receive our Acorn
when we should, some don't and deserve a negative commentary.

At least on the Merry Rose, aren't we beating a dead horse?
