The proud parents are Philip ap Mereduth and Brighid inghean Ioain
(Mike and Sherry Pugh), both of the incipient canton of Abhainn
Iarthair. Last we heard, mother and child were doing fine, despite a
caesarian (expected---they had know for some time that it would be a
full breach birth) and full anaesthesia (unexpected---the epidural
didn't work). The father is understandably relieved overall.
