After having checked into the regulations, it would for all practiacal
purposes prevent, me from bringing a Chicken to an event, unless, I did
paperwork, if I wanted to slaughter a period goat, it would be difficult to
bring it to an event. It would effect 4H, and FFA, and almost every
organization.  I have a small farm and it would effectively put us out of
business as we couldn't afford the paperwork.  The same paperwork would
limit or eliminate animals, and animal products from non registered herds
from SCA events in the near future  Cheese, meat, wool, quills etc would all
have to have paperwork on them.  As it would have an effect on events I feel
the message was on topic
