[MR] From the Sargents of Saint Aide-The Tourney of Heraldry

The Sargents of Saint Aiden wish to announce the first TOurney of Heraldry to  be held the Sunday of Saphire Joust. What, prey tell you might ask, is a Tourney of Heraldry?

    A bear pit style tourney of 5-7 persons (Life is not fair if you have 5.) wounds retained. The teams must be in matching livery of either a Household or Barony. Each team must have a Herald in Matching livery. Each round the Herald announces his team, and if that round is won the Herald must collect a jewel from the designated Marshal on the Field. Most jewels held by the team at the end wins the Tourney. 

    Is that all you may ask? Nope, extra points are awarded on the following:
        If the team is fighting for a Peer, and the Peer is on the team-extra point
        If the team represents a Baroney, and the Baron or Baroness is fighting
                -2 points are awarded
        If the team has a large Banner to represent them, carried by the Harald
                -1 point
        If the container made for the jewels is Heraldic for the Team- 1 point
        Finaly, if there is a large crowd in the colors of the team loudly cheering
                 their team on-extra point. (More points awarded if the Queen is realy 
                  entertained!!!)
        Note that teams with more then one Peer on it, the Peers are not allowed to 
                    use the same weapons form.


A chest full of secret stuff will be awarded to the winning team. So those of you whishing to participate have a lot of warning to get your regalia together for Saphire.
