[MR] Triton Email Problems

I spoke to the Triton Herald this afternoon and it appears that his email is
being difficult again.  While Éogan believes he is receiving all email, a
problem with the outgoing SMTP is preventing outbound emails from reaching
their destinations so his responses have been going into the aether.

He is working to resolve this issue and appreciates everyone’s patience in
the interim.
