Just a reminder...

If you're planning on getting a hotel room for Ymir, the deadlines to receive the discounted group rates are fast approaching:

Hampton Inn deadline is midnight on Monday, 23 January - after that the Hampton rates go up by $10.00 - $15.00 plus tax per night, depending on how many will be in the room.

Sleep Inn deadline is Friday, 27 January
