[MR] 15 More days till Preregistration ends for Gulf Wars XV

Greetings again fair Atlantia,
 
Wanted to give another reminder that the preregistration is available  
online.  Also that you only have 15 more days to reregister.  I have  heard from a 
few people that are planning on going but continue to hope that  more will be 
going!  This is a great War to attend not only for the  fighting but for the 
arts and sciences, good shopping, and just the nice  friendliness of a smaller 
war.  If you haven't been to Gulf Wars I  encourage you to do so, and if you 
have been to Gulf Wars.. well I hope you will  be joining us again.   Remember 
put "Atlantia" as the group you  will be camping with.
