Many thanks to those who have expressed an interest in attending our upcoming "A Day in the Middle East" on February 25, 2006. Due to "technical difficulties" on the sca.org server, we have put up additional information on our Baronial site: http://www.duncarraig.net/index.php We will be adding more information on classes and final menu choices as the week progresses. As it is geeting close to the event, we are asking gentles to get their reservations in ASAP, in order to better host our guests. Reservations can be made via: Troll at DunCarraig.net

As mentioned before, dancers and musicians are most encouraged. We will be having a quiet space for classes and a library set-up as well. If you have a wonderful research book that you might consider loaning for the event, please be assured that we will have a staff member on hand to ensure that your books are kept in the library area. We are also looking for instructors! If you are interested in teaching at this event, please contact me at: ldmolly at gmpexpress.net

We again ask attendees to consider bringing rugs and pillows to add to the ambiance. Lengths of fabric would also be most welcome (these will serve as "drapes" and will not be cut.) The fabric will of course be returned to you (unless it's really, really spiff!) Please make sure your information is pinned into a corner, so that it can be returned to you.

The feast will be served throughout the day on low tables. Mistress Minowara Kirisubo will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the food items being served. Her contact information is: ekoogler1 at comcast.net The site is the South Patomac Church, 4915 Crain Highway, White Plains, MD 20695 (it's just south of the Beltway!!)

Thank you so much for your time!

Baroness Mary Isabel of Heatherstone

("Molly")
