[MR] How NAIS negatively affects people in the SCA

Can you point out what bill numbers your concerned about affecting the SCA
and urls to get info on them? I think any who are interested in contacting
their respective congress man and woman don't want to sound reactionary, but
would instead like to talk intelligibly about the issues at hand and why
they are for or against certain measures.
