To clarify my earlier post, THLord Siegfried and I have looked through the
Kingdom Laws and Policies and apparently there is NOT any requirement at
all for a group (Barony or otherwise) to have an event every year, much less
2 or 3 events per year. The only requirement is that an incipient group
hold an event under the sponsorship of an established group.
