It would appear that everybody decided that if they could not get what
they wanted at the schedule planning, lets go back to Free For All
scheduling.

Indeed! Which is why I have to wonder why the Northern regional
meeting/schedule planning seems to have disappeared. Did the groups
decide that it wasn't working? Was it too hard to get a consensus?

I'm just curious, since it *seemed* like a really good idea.
