[MR] Maryland's organizational tag requirements

Maryland seems to have two requirements for special organizational tags: the group must be a non-profit and must have at least 25 members. I think the Kingdom of Atlantia qualifies on both counts. :-)

Some of the other groups that already have their own license plates in Maryland are the All American Chapter Harley Owners Group, Arizona State University Alumni Association, Country Pride Dancers, Experimental Aircraft Association, Hubble Space Telescope, Optimist Club of Maryland, Otter Point Yacht Club ... you get the picture.
