[MR] Refund request for Ymir

Greetings,

 

Due to the weather at Ymir, there were some who could not make it.  If you
wish to apply for a refund here if the information you will need.

Please do not send it to me, the Troll for Ymir; I no longer have the money.
I gave it all to Piero, the Baronial exchequer. ;)

 

Due to the Kingdom and Baronial financial policy, you need to send a letter
requesting a refund to the Baronial exchequer within 7 days of the event
close.
