[MR] Oak comments - thanks!

I only had two people write me confused about the
message I sent regarding Oak article submissions. 
Since they might be speaking for others I'll respond
here.  I guess that means my post was clear or people
are still thawing out from this weekend!

I did not say "how to" articles and "special interest"
articles would be immediately rejected.  I said those
articles with plagiarism issues would be immediately
rejected because they get the SCA into trouble.

I said other articles might "slow publication down" -
mostly because they require a lot of discussion as to
intent etc.

I'm considering the idea of having an Oak with a
"Historical" section and an "Anachronistic" section
thereby becoming a more inclusive publication.  I'm
still brainstorming that idea and haven't made any
definite decisions yet.  I'm also open to suggestion.

I will post information about deadlines soon but in
answer to questions I have not listed any yet.
