[MR] SCA Plates in VA

Within the bounds of the game we play, I could not agree with you more. 
  However
a license plate is not within those bounds, it is strictly mundane, and 
as such
I would view it as no different than the 'Kingdom of Where Ever' stickers that
half the SCAdians in the world have on the back window of their car.

If a plate with the "Kingdom of Atlantia" across the bottom and the Atlantian
heraldry at the side allowed, I'll cough up my "required donation" to the King
and the Govenor.  (Gee fund raiser for the Kingdom as well!)

So who has a few minutes to organize the MD plates since it seems the numbers
required are so incredibly low?
