[MR] Event dates? - Stierbach B-Day _&_ History of W.O.P.P.

The original date for Stierbach Baronial birthday was June 16-18. This was changed when Assessments was moved to that weekend. Stierbach B-day was moved to July 21- 23. 

It is a woods battle for rapier and heavy. Archery is in the woods. There is also a field for siege weapons. It will be the last event to authorize before Pennsic, with a card that day, no waiting.
