Hi, Bambi!

I've always thought we SHOULD use Marquis. Given that it 
ranks between count/earl and duke, we have a perfect slot 
for it:

Someone who has ruled both a kingdom once, and a 
principality -- more than a count, less than a duke.

Alternately, it would be very useful for those who've served 
as a prince more than once. (We recognize multiple regal 
reigns with duke -- why do those with multiple principality 
reigns get the short end of the stick?)
