I would never be the person to lead a "ban it" crusade.
I would, however, be among the group encouraging people to realize that the
distinction between "Awards" and "Grants" of arms is completely non-period,
and if we really care about our authenticity (as I have been repeatedly told
rather bluntly), then we should not be encouraging it's use.
