Oh the other thing was that that applies to pictures in a PUBLIC area. 
Pictures in a private camp or not a public area are handled differently. 
 Basically, though, if it displays the person in a negative light (or what 
could be construed as such), don't post it. People have lost their jobs over 
things such as pictures posted on the internet of them participating in 
activities their bosses disapprove of, including being at events sponsored 
by the SCA. 
 If the subject in the photo asks you to take it down, take it down and also 
make a note somewhere for the NEXT webminister that Lord Snarfsalot requests 
pictures of him not be posted. When taking pictures of my camp mates at 
Pennsic I was approached by an individual and asked not to take pictures of 
her. She did appear in some and will be blocked out in some manner before 
they get posted to our website.
