Taking people, any people, into one's private home is an act of
kindness. Those who can be very open are wonderful people, yet we are
all doing what we can, in the way we can.

It does sound like a good, and solid, idea. The issue, of course, is
the hard work of implementing such a large-scale plan, as it involves
a great deal of coordination amongst all our groups. In addition,
keep in mind it would be one more burden of paperwork, as we'll have
to find ways to keep the data updated. Your point about planning is
spot on, and I would add that people tend to revert to a status quo
whenever a crises is forgotten, so we'd have to work around that
issue.
I would think the Kingdom Sensechal, or someone on that staff, could
speak to these concerns with more precision than I.
