[MR] Reports of Oni and Obake in in Bright Hills (10/29)

Greetings once again from Taira no Akiyo, Deputy Autocrat for Treachery on the Tokaido!

We have been receiving reports of oni (ogre) and obake (ghosts) in in the northern reaches of our Barony. But these creatures can be easily "bribed" and placated with candy. For those persons on board for feast, please do not forget that the little ghosts, goblins and ogers will come visiting during the second course. (Translation: The children will be visiting the feast for trick-or-treating.)
