[MR] University: Update on Camping

Camping at University is being offered directly behind the school.  

Access to site begins at 3:00 p.m. on Friday and closes at 1:00 p.m. on
Sunday.

Individual on-ground campfires are prohibited, however campers may bring
portable firepits.  A communal campfire will be available both Friday
and Saturday nights.  

Site is dry and no live steel.  (A secondary site adjoining the school
grounds will be available both nights, for a campfire/bardic circle and
is wet - if a wet site is important to you, please email me, as
campsites may be available that will be wet).  Pets may be brought on
the grounds outdoors, they may not be taken inside any of the buildings.


You may camp encampment style, please note in your reservation that you
will be camping with a group, so that sufficient room can be reserved.

Showers are very primitive, they are available but they are very
primitive.  

Pre-registration is highly recommended, but not required.  
Camping costs:
$5 per adult
$3 per child 12 and older
Children under 12 are guests

Checks should be made to Shire of Crannog Mor, SCA Inc.
Checks can include feast and camping costs.

In your registration letter, please state the following:
your tent size
Names (Mundane and SCAdian and membership numbers of all in your party
Encampment Name if applicable
a valid email address in the body of the letter

As autocrat, who is also an employee of the site, I will not be
available until 3:00 p.m.  Early arrivals, should check into the school
office for instructions.
