[MR] Update on Laurel Results

As I have been receiving a lot of queries about submissions status lately, I
thought it might be of general interest that I have now received results
from Laurel through January, 2005.  (This last letter is the one with
submissions made at Pennsic last August.)

If you go to herald.atlantia.sca.org/submissions/index.htm, you will find
the internal results through April, 2005, and Laurel results through the
meetings of January, 2005.  (Thanks again to Ealdthryth of Humberstone for
