Take it to your local herald. Have him or her do some conflict
checking & style checking. Assuming everything's kosher, hand the
herald a check. It's $10 per item (that is, a name submission, an
arms submission, or a badge submission). We have a 14 day period
in which we do the copying & coloring, but at the end of that 14
days, it's got to be sent to Golden Dolphin (see the Acorn).

Once a month, Golden Dolphin takes everything she's received, &
asks other Atlantia heralds for their opinions. After evaluating
them, she will either return your submission(s) to you for
further work (you'll get to resubmit them for free if you do this
within a year after her return), or send them up for opinions
from heralds from across the Known World. After they get a few
months to put their 2 cents in, Laurel will either register them
or return them for further work.
