I'm going to have to agree, at least in principle, to
what Josh is saying.  I do not have Gmail but I do
have a delete key.  I am quite comfortable using
computers but I realize that many are not. 

I personally would appreciate it if people would not
say something like "please start being courteous, you
know, like me."
