I would be willing to do a commissioned piece in exchange for a light
box or table. This is an open and repeatable deal, as I know a few
scribes in my scriptorium that would like them for calligraphy and
doing structured layouts.
Light box are a lot more useful than tracing. You can also follow
more closely follow period fascimilies by being able to reverse
engineer layout. More importantly, It saves you from drawing most
lines straight onto the vellum/parchment/paper, which increases scroll
quality. If you have ever been through the commonly accepted
methodology of layout used by SCA scribes you know what I mean. One of
these day I will hold a class once I am able to borrow a couple light
table for the students.
So! Does anyone need a scroll done...grin.

I will be at Coronation, Crown and Beltaine (Berly Court, Shire). If
anyone is interested in bartering let me know.

Tristand de Brailesford
Pending device: Argent, a pale per pale vert and azure between six
quill pens sable bendwise sinister.
