Another option for a lightbox is if you know a doctor see if they have an 
old portable x-ray reader.  They make excellent light boxes when layed on 
their backs.  They even have a slight incline to them.  My lady (Baroness 
Brighid ni Siridean) and I found one at a gararge sale once (for 5$) and it 
works wonderfully.
